Academy FELLOWSHIP

Academy Fellowship is a pilot program that provides intensive and nurturing support for homework to students after school, at the recommendation of their teachers. Volunteers (including high school and college students, parents, and community members) work with participating students up to four days/week in small groups, offering help with planning and study skills, academics, and generalized cheerleading. Experienced teachers supervise and assist.

VOLUNTEER TUTORS NEEDED

We're looking to scale up the programming to include more students, and our limiting factor is tutors. If you, your high school or college-aged child, your retired parent, or someone you know would like to help out, join us!

academic volunteering committee

We're looking for one or two parents who can participate in program planning and help us to recruit volunteers in order to continue and expand. If you are interested, please e-mail cohen@ms54.org.
