Delta Admissions
Admission Requirements
Admission to the Delta Program is dependent upon meeting rigorous academic criteria determined by a student’s academic achievement and results on standardized tests.
Admission is open to students who currently live in or are enrolled in a District 03 school.
Level 4 on fourth grade state ELA and Math Exams or a combined score of 1385. Please see below the letter from Andrew Bergen, Director of the Delta Honors Program, for more information regarding the cut-off score for this year's admissions process
Students applying from Independent schools must have an average of 90 percent on the ERBs. Students applying from out of state must have standardized test results equivalent to those of the New York State ELA and Math tests.
Results on Delta administered test in Math and English Language Arts.
Strong academic record as reported on fifth grade report card.
Fifth grade teacher evaluation as reported on DOE application
